Ensuring Wellbeing For All When Working and Learning Remotely

Quite often in international schools we find a significant portion of our workforce, and even our families, are far from home, and can easily become disconnected from their family, friends and support structures, especially during a crisis. By leveraging technology and other approaches, how can we:
- ensure our staff remain connected and engaged, both socially, emotionally and professionally
- examine student wellbeing challenges when learning and working from home
- build and strengthen a sense of community when learning and working from home (or online)
- invest in professional development opportunities that target what staff need, when they need it.

We examine the above challenges through a lens of the latest research, best practise and case study examples.
