Study: Higher education is not an equalizer in South Korea

Study finds that, in South Korea, the wealthy are much more likely than the poor to enroll in a top university. For all the extraordinary effort that South Korean students expend on university admissions, higher education may not be the equalizer it is perceived to be, research suggests.
