Graduates of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) were in for a royal surprise on Monday. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, surprised them with a touching message as they graduated virtually.
