India: Karnataka becomes 1st state to issue order for National Education Policy implementation

Dr CN Ashwath Narayana, the minister of higher education, stated this after convening a meeting with officials of the dept and state higher education council, on the day he was assigned the portfolio for the 2nd time by new CM Basavaraja Bommai.
