Hamdan bin Rashid orders establishment of new digital library at International University of Africa

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Al Maktoum Foundation, has ordered the establishment of a new digital library at the International University of Africa.
