Rachel has over 25 years’ experience in the education sector having spent most of her career working in Edtech, supporting schools to realise the benefits of technology to support teaching and learning. Before Joining ISC Research, Rachel led an International Sales team at GL Education selling to schools across the globe. ISC Outreach was a key tool for her teams’ sales planning activities! After studying psychology at university, she has always been interested in how psychology is applied to organisations and businesses. She completed her master's research looking at Leadership across Multi Academy Trusts.

Ian Hunter, Founder, Lime Education Consulting

Ian has worked in the EdTech market for over 25 years and has worked for some of the largest education companies in the world including Tes Global, Discovery Education and RM Education. As Global Director, Sales Director or Commercial Director he has been responsible for driving growth across a range of EdTech products and services to schools, colleges, Universities and Ministries of Education globally.

Ian has extensive experience of working in global education markets with a network stretching across Asia and the Middle East, as well as the UK and Europe. Ian has worked with all major school membership organisations and is a regular speaker at EdTech events around the world on subjects ranging from teacher training, the impact of UK Education on International Schools worldwide and commercial strategies in China.

Above all Ian has a passion for Education and EdTech. His experience and knowledge of delivering sales and marketing growth strategies underpins the work of Lime Education Consulting. Ian can call upon his multiple successes in defining, executing, and embedding strategic change. His network of educators, leaders and influencers across the globe gives him a unique insight and opportunity to support the growth of other businesses.

Paul Montague, International Director of Partnerships, Edmentum

Paul Montague has worked in the education field for over 20 years and has significant teaching and learning, digital curriculum, content, assessment, and social-emotional learning and wellbeing experience. His roles have included Geography Teacher, School Improvement Manager, Advisor, Project Examiner, Government Advisor, Curriculum Development Manager (Pearson), International Consultant for the Middle East (GL Education), and International Digital Curriculum and Learning Manager for Edmentum. In his current role with Edmentum, he partners with and supports schools worldwide as they introduce a range of Edmentum’s flexible digital curriculum and learning solutions.

Graham Howell, Principal, PACE Modern British School

Graham has 23 years of leadership and teaching experience at Outstanding schools both in the UK and the Middle East. Graham is currently the founding Principal of PACE Modern British School in Dubai, a school that places children, their interests and learning needs at the centre of everything they do.  British born and bred, Graham was educated in London, graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Design & Technology Education and has subsequently achieved a Master’ degree in Education. Before leaving the UK, Graham was Assistant Principal at the John Taylor High School, an Outstanding specialist science and leadership academy. Followed by roles as Assistant Headteacher at Nord Anglia International School Dubai and Boys School Principal at the King Faisal School in Riyadh.
