UAE education sector poised for growth in post-pandemic era

Scheduled on November 14-16, 2021 at Zabeel Halls 4, 5 and 6 of the Dubai World Trade Centre, the Middle East’s leading education show organised by Tarsus, in partnership with the UAE Ministry of Education, will present the latest insights on curriculum development, teacher training and recruitment, education-focused technology advancements and business opportunities in the education market throughout the Middle East.

“The education sector is recovering well from the impact of the Coronavirus thanks to proactive initiatives by both the public and private sectors across the region. We are excited to present the latest developments that will have a positive influence on the future growth of education moving forward,” said Matt Thompson, Project Director, Tarsus, organisers of the GESS portfolio of education exhibitions and conferences all over the world.

Referencing data from ResearchandMarkets.com, Thompson said that the UAE education sector in particular is looking at a CAGR of 2% from 2021 to 2025, valued at AED365 million – a growth that will largely be driven by increasing student enrolments as well as a growing focus toward privatisation in the education sector.

As GESS Dubai prepares to host thousands of education professionals from around the world, organisers revealed highlights of the conference agenda that will feature renowned local and international experts in free-to-attend seminars, live case studies, workshops and panel discussions aimed at providing the region’s educators exposure to the up-to-date trends, best practice as well as the latest technology advances that will help them achieve excellence in their classrooms.
