Introducing the School Leader Inventory

Already used with over 600 school leaders, SLi supports schools to develop a shared vocabulary and benchmark leader behaviour. Initially, designed to raise self-awareness for individual leaders, evidence has shown that SLi is a powerful tool that can have much wider benefits for teams and the school as a whole. It helps to prompt dialogue, support internal coaching conversations and develop consistent and congruent behaviour in leaders that drives school improvement, develops authenticity in school self-evaluation and supports the wellbeing of your critical school leaders. The SLi framework will be presented and some of the findings and key messages for school leaders will be highlighted and illustrated.
