Dr Helen Wright is a highly regarded global leader with an energetic career spanning 3 decades in UK and international education. She led schools and held national and international roles in education in the UK and Australia for over 13 years until 2014, before embarking on an independent portfolio career in leadership recruitment, executive coaching and governance advisory. As a highly regarded International Education Advisor, with a warm yet determinedly incisive style, she challenges and coaches educational and other leaders globally to think and act ambitiously. She holds several Board Director roles, and she recruits international school leaders as an Associate of LSC Education. She currently works with schools, leaders and companies in countries including the UAE, China, India, the Netherlands and the UK.
Dr Emanuel Vincent, Principal Consultant, Pink Grapefruit Consulting
With over 25 years of experience in corporate, teaching, learning, evaluation, instruction, and administrative roles in Pre-K-12 international schools, Dr. Vincent is a seasoned International School Administrator. He has participated in various programs such as the Fulbright program in Japan, the Carnegie Fellowship at Northeastern University, and the Massachusetts Education Policy Fellowship (EPFP) at Northeastern University. In addition, he was also a Springfield College Writing Fellow. Dr. Vincent holds a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.) from Johnson & Wales University, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Administration, Middle, and Secondary School Administration and Leadership from Providence College, a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Educational Leadership & Management from Johnson & Wales University, a Masters of Education in Special Education (M.Ed.) with a focus on Mild to Moderate Disabilities (ED, BD, & LD) from Providence College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Professional Communications & English Literature from Rhode Island College.
Kamil Majeed, Executive Principal & Chief Operating Officer, Nordic International School Lahore
Kamil is a Global Leader who has a wide range of academic, research, and practical experiences in the fields of school leadership, education research & policy, mindful awareness, and corporate training. He is currently the CEO and Executive Principal of the Nordic International School in Lahore, which is the first Swedish School in Pakistan offering classes from Playgroup to O Levels. He is also the Co-founder and Lead Coach at The Life Clan - a training company that provides personalized programs on organizational development and personal well-being. Kamil was selected as the best educator of the year at the GESS Awards Dubai 2022. He is a Commonwealth Scholar from the UCL Institute of Education (IOE), London. He is certified in Leadership and Policymaking from the Moller Centre at Churchill College - University of Cambridge, UK. He has also served as the Official Coordinator of the United Nations Global Compact for the Lahore, Pakistan Network and helped in the localization of the SDG’s in Pakistan.

A pioneer in women's and children's wellbeing, Rania has a long and successful career in publishing and development in Egypt. She is the Founder and CEO of The Family Hub, a social enterprise that delivers knowledge for wellbeing through the digital platform Mother & Child - born out of her passion for helping mothers navigate the challenging parenting journey - and The Family Experts, a network of trusted experts that has created Egypt's national parenting toolkit and delivered it to social and health workers, teachers and religious leaders nationwide in collaboration with Unicef, the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the Ministry of Health and Population and The National Council for Women.
Rania has served as a mentor, speaker, and moderator on entrepreneurship and leadership, parenting, happiness and well-being, mindset, and the power of the unconscious mind on countless occasions. She has delivered two TEDx talks, is the creator and co-host of The Happy Marriage Podcast, and host of the podcast Happiness for Humanity.
Rania is a proud mother of three and a grandmother. When she's not writing or giving talks, she can be found spending time with her family, enjoying nature, music and quiet time, or goofing off. An Egyptian national, Rania considers herself a citizen of the world and a lover of humanity. Rania is currently working on finishing her first book which she hopes will spread her message to an even wider audience.
